Angeles. It is located in Mid City Los Angeles
on the west side bordering Culver City.
The Kottage is a 1930 bungalow built as a
single family home. The entire yard has been
renovated to reflect the beauty of California's
weather for outside events.

The Kottage is surrounded by green grass,
flowers and fruit trees. Two Palm trees raise
their branches in salute when you sit on the
porch surrounded by the city hum . Close to
the 10 freeway, The kottage is accessible by
car or metro. The new metro will be only a few
blocks away when completed.

The Kottage is a great place for events.
Birthday Parties for children and adults, small
weddings, Quincenearas, non profit organization
events, fashion show, meetings and fund raisers.

The Kottage is 15 minutes from the Beach and
downtown, 10,  minutes from Hollywood and Beverly
Hills.
